Jeg er meget spændt på hvordan denne udsendelse vil portrættere 911truth bevægelsen. Når jeg kigger på programmet slår det mig som problematisk at 911 bliver lagt i samme kurv som andre konspirationsteorier, der har en klart højere tosse-faktor (fodbold 58), og en klart lavere aktuel-relevans-faktor – 911 er den aktuelle drivkraft bag enorme negative udviklinger såsom aggressive imperialistiske krige og tendenser til politistat i både Europa og USA.
Derudover ligner det et klart ‘kill’ at bringe en film med en mand der skal forklare os forskellen på virkeligheden og konspirationsteorier, og forskellen på politisk aktivitet, og konspirations-forskning… begge falske dichotomier.
I det hele taget ligger fokus for denne tema-aften klart på at betragte eksempler på fænomenet ‘konspirationsteori’ hvorfor jeg tvivler på at der vil blive plads til en egentlig substantiel behandling af de enkelte teoriers indhold.
Hvis man vil gøre 911truth en tjeneste bør man fokusere på at det er en bevægelse snarere end en konspirationsteori, og tilmed en bevægelse, der efterhånden kan mønstre ganske højt profilerede medlemmer eksempelvis: Andreas Von Bülow, Michael Meacher, Charlie Sheen, og mange andre.
Der er flere billeder af udsendelsens tilrettelægger Ole Retsbo sammen med konspirations-über-geek Jim Marrs, som ikke er en central person i 911truth bevægelsen. Marrs har skrevet om 911 men blot som et blandt tusind andre tossede emner.
Der er også et billede af Alex Jones som faktisk er en central person i 911truth bevægelsen og en ret seriøs og energisk person. F.eks. maner han klart til besindighed i det kontroversielle Pentagon/flight77 spørgsmål i modsætning til film som “Loose Change“, og antager jeg sensationalister som Marrs.
Men Alex Jones er en ret skrydende person, og han har også andre tosse-teorier på programmet, hvilket tilsammen giver ham en profil der er let at misrepræsentere og gøre til genstand for ‘strawman attacks‘. Jeg kunne frygte at det er derfor han er blevet udvalgt istedet for den stærkere og mere seriøst profilerede David Ray Griffin… Får vi mon ham at se???
Når solen går ned på Lørdag, vil en ting måske fungere som lakmus-prøve på om denne udsendelse er et stykke fair journalistik eller en ‘hit-piece’:

My first reaction when I started reading this article was. “Geez are anybody still pedling those ‘pod&flash-stories’”. These particular strands of 911truth folklore have long since been abandoned by all of the ’serious’ participants. And yes I allow myself to assert that there are some sites among the many 911sites that can be deemed serious, and those are in particular 911truth.org and st911.org.
Robert, to get other people to listen to and accept the 911truth agenda, is in most cases already an uphill battle, but you’re certainly only making your quest that much harder, by touting some of the most ludicrous 911 stories.
Some of your points are very valid though, such as the norad standdown, and the demolition of the THREE WTC buildings 1, 2 AND particularly 7. But it is…

Wednesday, May 24th, 2006Here’s an article that gives a brief explanation of why the Dollar is crucially dependant on being thee global reserve currency, and exclusively used as petro-currency, ie: all oil-trades are in Dollars.
(Can’t say I fully understand this yet, but the fog is slowly clearing)
The article also claims that the Dollar will collapse when/if countries like Russia, Iran, Venezuela or even Norway goes off the Dollar for their oil-trades and uses alternatives like Euros or Rubles.
And of course, in the context of USA’s current threats against Iran, we are reminded that Iraq was invaded shortly after they converted from Dollars to Euros.
The article makes the prediction that as Russia goes further with it’s conversion idea, we will see the Western media start a smeer campaign aganist Putin, possibly using the same ‘Hitler’ card against him, as is used against ‘Ahmadi Nejad’ and Chavez… and ironically by radical lefties against Bush.

Discussion at Loose Change Forum
Following the recent release of new (insignificant) Pentagon videos CNN has managed to Find somebody from the 911truth movement to comment on the case.
And they coincidentally came up with Dave Von Kleist. A dubious character that pushes such ludicrous theories that he is by many in the movement considered to be a disinfo psy-op agent.
The TV host of the CNN headline show is very mocking in style, and clearly does not seek a serious conversation. Dave Von Kleist makes a strong impression, and manages to stay his course in spite of Glenn’s attempts to thwart him.
So what is the problem here?
The problem is that Dave Von Kleist agrees to participate in this show, without mentioning that there is a larger movement out there, that carries other far more potent issues than flight 77.
So in effect he helps build the impression that is CNN’s overall goal: That the 911truth movement is not a movement, but just a conspiracy theory and that that theory is only hinged on the Pentagon/flight77 case.
We see the same strategies used here as in the Jamie Mcintyre interview, namely
- to give the Theories/theorists credit for being ’serious’, but eventually still wrong.
- The conspiracy theory regarding 911 is only about Pentagon.
- Avoid mentioning of any other 911 issues.
- Give unwarranted ’significance’ to the new videos; ‘One frame of white blurry blob’

Jamie McIntyre Shows Personal Photos of Debris from the Pentagon

Now we begin to see the official spin on the newly released pentagon tapes.
This interview with Jamie Mcintyre shows exactly how the pentagon ‘case’ is being used to discredit 911 skepticism as a whole.
It is no coincidence that ‘they’ allow public attention around the pentagon case while censuring the really explosive stuff like NORAD stand-down and WTC demolitions.

What they (CNN) are doing here is that they claim that the goal of releasing these tapes is to “put to rest these conspiracy theories, that no plane ever hit the Pentagon”.
But in this interview CNN never mentions that there are other far more potent branches of 911truth scepticism, even though they show very brief clips from some of the movies where Jamie appears – taken out of context – and some of these movies are bound to also be treating at least some of these other branches of 911truth.
So by not mentioning these other issues, CNN effectively boils all 911 scepticism down to the issue of whether Flight 77 hit the Pentagon or not.
Jamie referes to the mass of info he has gotten about flight 77 theories, and says that some of them are very convincing and scholarly in appearance, BUT they’re still wrong because he was there and saw the debris from a jetliner.
So they manage to handle the threat of the 911 movement becoming more scholarly in appearance and thereby more credible to a broader audience, by using this Pentagon-case as an instrument to show that even though your argument seems very scientific it may still be wrong.
Which by the way is a valid argument, and fair to use against flight 77 scepticism, but here it is unfairly used to degrade any 911 scepticism.
So the movement should drop flight 77, and turn attention to the stronger issues.
Jamie also manages to show color by to other comments:
- You should get your balanced info from CNN, and not from “Some weird site on the internet”
- Discussing this issue is an insult to the relatives of the dead victims.
Argument number 2 is a classic spin of what David Ray Griffin calls “The sacred myth”, and we all know it is sacrilege to debate the sacred myth.
If this interview manages to prove anything it is the fact that CNN is still wholly defenders of the official myth and they will still only provide info on 911, that is obviously engineered to give a biased and distorted view of the issue.

Hun Interviewer en militær-mand som diskret prøver at få indflettet at selvmordsbrigaden sådan set er Irans eneste logiske svar på USA’s empirisk beviste knusende militære overmagt og aggressive adfærd i regionen.

I Can’t decide whether this is really scaring or reassuring…

Hey! I just concocted a conspiracy theory of my own!
When Larry Silverstein said ‘pull it’ while speaking of wtc7, he laid out strawman bait. And when Charlie Sheen went public recently he was deliberately completing the hoax by taking the bait, and ‘Demanding an answer from Silverstein’, which is patently stupid since he has already given such an answer through his spokesman, and the answer is that by ‘it’ he refered to a contingent of firefighters in the building. Silverstein doesn’t even have to lend credence to Sheen, by publicly answering his ‘demand’, the mainstream media can simply refer to the ‘old news’ statement, and so Sheen will have been shot down, in the fall discrediting the movements brief appearance in the spotlight.
It’s a classic strategy: Sheen purports some of the most serious points from the movement, such as wtc7, but he also opens a big breach in his defenses. When that breach falls, the mainstream can safely ignore the serious points, and so those points will be buried, because now they have been publicly presented and ‘disputed by proxy’. Jakob.

This is a really funny example of history on its head:
Iraq as a nation is an artificial construction, engineered by the british around 1920, mostly upon what was previously Mesopotamia. The goal was Oil, which had just a few years earlier, during WW1 been identified as the most important geostrategic target. As the great Colonial masters the British were at that time, they knew exactly how to knit together a society, that was fit for colonial-style government, including giving power to one of the smaller ethnic groups; the Sunnis.
So when Saddam seized power, he inherited a british-made structure specifically designed for dictatorial ruling. That was what he then did. Bush’s administration must fully well know this historic background, so for Bush to whine about it is pathetic. Camon Bush, just pick up the leashes.

This is also really brilliant: There were no terrorists in Iraq prior to Bush’s invasion – at least not on any scale comparable to the current level. So now Bush has created a terrorist-nest, and thereby a nice excuse for his troops to continue the occupation. Also he reveals that the main reason for the prolonged occupation is AMERICAN SECURITY, not Iraqi security. That is by the way not quite true, but should be translated from “American Security” to Economic interests of Bush and Cohorts.
See the paralel to 911? Bush creates his own pretexts for his military aggression.

Apparently Bush proposes to paint a US aircraft in UN colors, and send it over Iraq, in a ‘false-flag’ operation, in order to provoke Iraq to shoot it down (or would they just blow it themselves?), in order to achieve a pretext for war. Can you see the paralel to 911? False-flag-operation = pretext for war.
